In my honest opinion, the 4.3 review (as of writing this review) is criminally low. This is easily the best Mexican spot in town, and frankly one of the best I've been to in the entirety of the state. Great tasting food with generous portion sizes, affordable pricing, and friendly/agreeable staff. My wife and I moved to Adairsville about a year and four months ago and we've been here easily a minimum of 20 times.

This is mine and my families go to all the time and we love it! The staff is amazing and make you feel welcome, the food is awesome, and the staff is so great they make you feel welcomed! 100% recommend this place !

Wife and I planned to meet at the Water Tower Grill for dinner but were surprised to see it wasn’t there anymore. So we tried Blue Agave across the street and were not disappointed. We had the Strawberry Mojitos which were very good and then carnitas, Al pastor, and chorizo street tacos. These are by far the best tacos we have had at any Mexican restaurant in the area. They were stuffed with so much meat and it was clear the ingredients were very fresh. We can’t wait to come back!!

Blue Agave is the best Mexican Restaurant around. We drive from Calhoun anytime we eat Mexican food just to come here! We sit with Daniel or Gabby… they are the BEST!

I had panino peppers (no they are not spicy as the menu indivayes) my wife had soup which was like a Mexican chicken noodle. They were both fantastic.

Awesome service and great food with plenty of options for the kiddos. I've been here several times and plan on coming back a lot more. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anybody who is looking for great Mexican food with great service.
